I had never purchased a property before, only rented in the past. A co-worker of mine recommended contacting Jenna to help me make my first purchase, so I did. Jenna helped me buy my first townhome and was a major factor in keeping me level-headed in a highly aggressive Colorado real estate market. I never felt any pressure from her to make a purchase quickly, yet she was always available to set up home showings for me with very little advance notice. She also checked in on me multiple times after closing to make sure everything was going well at my new place. We recently finished buying a new home while selling ours at the same time. This is an incredibly stressful process and I can't say enough how happy I am that Jenna was our agent. Jenna Osborne was the listing agent on my townhome, and she was amazing! We had a lot of variables during the entire process that affected the closing, none of which were her fault or mine. However, Jenna made sure to continue constant contact with all parties involved in the transaction, including the lender for my buyers. Jenna’s realtor expertise in helping us find our home was simply amazing! This was our first time going through a home search and buying process so we had plenty of questions. Jenna was fast to answer them all no matter what time of day. We started our home search in a very competitive sellers market. Jenna was great. She is motivated and enthusiastic. Our home sold really quickly for a great price. She was always courteous and patient. We never felt rushed or pressured. She was always available to answer our questions and she did a great job marketing our home. She also helped us buy a new home! We couldn't be more satisfied with her services. Jenna Osborne worked hard to find exactly what we were looking for. We were not looking for the common house with no land and a bunch of neighbors. Jenna was professional, she listened to what we said, followed what we wanted, and in my opinion went above normal practices. We had a lot of bad experiences with Lenders, however, what they didn't mention to us, Jenna was knowledgeable that she explained to us in great detail what was happening and when the ball had been dropped. I cannot say enough great things about Jenna. It was great working with her from start to finish. We recently sold our house and purchased a new one and the entire process was easy because of Jenna, even with everything that was thrown our way. Every time we called Jenna to schedule a time to see houses, she made herself ready and available. We had a contingency on our new home that we had to sell the old within a certain amount of time and Jenna made it happen. We went under contract on our old house and the buyers backed our 2 days before the deadline. We had 2 days to sell and she did it and we got more than the initial offer. If you have ever sold and bought at the same time, you know how difficult it is to get everyone to work together with deadlines and requests, but she made it happen - despite the objections that we all threw her way.
